counters and sinks
• House can be rented as a Four bedroom, sleeping 10 or, as two bedroom – 3 of the bedrooms feature king beds with pillow top Sealy Restonic mattresses. The 4th bedroom can sleep 4 with a double bed, and 2 singles. This can be a great kids’ room

• Casa Perla is conveniently located between Tulum and Akumal – just 10 minutes from the ancient ruins and town of Tulum, and 15 minutes from the world famous eco park Xel-Ha. The hip and happening Playa del Carmen is a 35 minute drive and the amazing ruins of COBA are 40 minutes and don’t miss Punta Laguna, or Laguna Bakalar, near Chetumal. Finally the awe inspiring, Chichen Itza, one of the 8 wonders of the world, is an easy 2 hour drive |

• Pet Friendly: we named the house after our dog, Perla! Dogs of under 10 lbs may travel under your seat on most airlines (not on Mexicana) in a 17x12x8 carrier. You will need to have a Health Certificate from your vet, done within ten days of travel – this must also include all updated vaccinations. |
